Refund & Returns Policy

We follow Egypt’s Consumer Protection Law No. 181/2018.

• Change-of-mind returns: You may return or exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused, in original packaging with tags.
• Defective or non-conforming items: You may return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. We will refund or replace at no extra cost.
• Exclusions: Final-sale items and hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., worn socks) may be excluded where permitted by law.
• Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method when applicable.
• How to start a return: Email Metronary@outlook.com with order ID, item, reason, and photos (if defective).
